Recording Sales

Sales are used to record net revenue values for the selected audit period. This supports GP calculations, financial reporting, and operational performance analysis.

Steps:

1. Select “Data Entry”

2. Select “Sales”

3. Select “+ Create Sale”

4. Select “Period” (Audit Date)

5. Assign “Department” (optional)

6. Select “Sale Date”

7. Insert “Sale Value (Net)”

8. Select “Save & New” to add more Sales or “Save and Close” if completed

9. Review Data on dashboard
