Note:
The Error column displays issues that must be corrected before importing.
The Information column displays warnings or product update notifications.
Column headers are dynamic and can be selected to group products by errors or information messages.
Products are matched using the Unique ID and Supplier combination during import validation.
Steps:
1. Select “Manage”
2. Select “Products”
3. Select “Import Product”
4. Select "Choose File”
5. Find the file you have created
6. Select the file
7. Select “Open”
8. Review column “Error”
- The column header is dynamic. Selecting the column header allows products to be
grouped based on if there is errors to be displayed.
- If any errors are showing, rectify on the file, save and follow steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
and 8 again
9. Review column “Information”
- The column header is dynamic. Selecting the column header allows products to be
grouped based on if there is information to be displayed.
- This will show if any information is showing about a specific product such as this
product already exist and will be updated, review and rectify on the file, if necessary,
save and follow steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 again
10. Select “Import Products”
11. Review products in the Product Master to confirm
