Sales Report

The Sales Report displays recorded sales transactions, sale dates, net sales values, and sale types for the selected audit period. It is used to review sales activity, analyse revenue trends, and support operational reporting.

Steps:

1. Select “Reports”

2. Select “Sales Report”

3. Select the relevant “Period”

4. Review the report data:

- Sale Date

- Net Sales Value

- Itemised / Non-Itemised Sale Type

5. Analyse sales activity and revenue trends

6. Use:

- Export to PDF to download a PDF version of the report

- Export to Excel to download the report in Excel format

Note:

• The report displays all sales entries recorded within the selected audit period.

• Net Sale values represent recorded sales excluding tax where applicable.

• Itemised sales contain product-level sales detail.

• Non-Itemised sales contain overall sales totals without individual product breakdowns.

• Multiple sales entries may exist for the same date depending on operational activity.

• This report can be used to monitor revenue performance, review sales patterns, and support financial reconciliation processes.
