Steps:
1. Tap “Sync”
2. Select “Enter audit”
3. Select “Report Waste”
4. Select “+ Report Waste”
5. Select "Waste Location”
6. Use the “Search bar” to find products by “name” or “code”, or scroll through the list
7. “Select” the product you want to report as waste
8. Select “Weight”
9. Confirm Weight is correct and select “I’m sure, continue”, if the weight is not correct make sure the scale was Tare before waste was added
- To enter the weight manually, enter the “Weight” in grams wasted and tap “Continue”
10. Select the “Waste Reason”
- If no Waste Reason showing, ask line manager or DigiTally administrator to create this on the Dashboard to continue. Once created Sync the app for waste reasons to appear on the app.
11. Select “Waste User”
12. If no Waste User showing, tap “+Add new user”, enter “First name” and “Last name”, tap “Add”. Once created select “Waste User”
13. Review the data entered and leave a Comment (optional) if needed
14. Select “Report Waste”
15. Tap “Sync” to save
