Steps:
1. Tap “Sync”
2. Select “Enter audit”
3. Select “Report Waste”
4. Select “+ Report Waste”
5. Follow the steps to create Waste Location, Insert Product into Waste Location
6. Use the “Search bar” to find products by “name” or “code”, or scroll through the list
7. “Select” the product you want to report as waste
8. Select “Weight”
9. Select “Scales”
10. Select “Device” (DigiTally Scale or Faya)
11. Once connected tap on the upper part of the screen
12. Continue to record the waste by following the next steps
13. Select “Continue”
14. Select the “Waste Reason”
- If no Waste Reason showing, ask line manager or DigiTally administrator to create this on the Dashboard to continue. Once created Sync the app for waste reasons to appear on the app.
15. Select “Waste User”
- If no Waste User showing, tap “+Add new user”, enter “First name” and “Last name”, tap “Add”. Once created select “Waste User”
16. Review the data entered and leave a Comment (optional) if needed
17. Select “Report Waste”
18. Tap “Sync” to save
