Previous Audits Tab

The Previous Audits section provides a historical overview of completed audit periods directly from the dashboard.

The report displays key operational and financial metrics for each audit date, allowing users to quickly compare business performance across previous audits.

This section is commonly used to review stock valuation trends, gross profit performance, purchasing activity, waste percentages, and audit completion times.

Steps:

  1. Select “Previous Audits” from the Dashboard

  2. Review the audit history data:

    • Audit Date

    • Waste Value

    • Waste Percentage

    • Purchase Value

    • Purchase Percentage

    • Sales Value

    • Labour Cost

    • Stock Value (Closing)

    • Gross Profit Percentage

    • GP Value

    • Cost of Sales

    • Audit Completions Time

  3. Compare operational and financial performance across audit period.

  4. Select a column header to sort values in ascending or descending order

Note:

  • The Previous Audits section provides a quick operational summary without needing to open detailed reports.

  • Waste % and Purchase % are calculated against sales values for the selected audit period.

  • Gross Profit % displays profitability performance based on recorded stock and sales data.

  • Large variances between audit periods may indicate changes in purchasing, stock movement, wastage, or operational activity.

  • The Time column displays the total duration taken to complete the audit process for the selected audit period.

  • Red percentage values may indicate areas requiring operational review or investigation.
